Veggies & Rice Noodles Stir-Fry

Get out a big bowl, & put your A Taste of Thai Rice Noodles in it.
Fill the bowl with very hot tap water, & let the noodles soak for about 30 - 35 min.

Get out a Wok, & coat it with regular Olive Oil.
Next, cut up your veggies - onions, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, & zucchini.
Add the veggies to the Wok, & turn the heat on to medium.
Let the veggies cook until they are as crunchy or as soft as desired, stirring often.
Shortly before they are done, add in a can of water chestnuts & a can of Chinese corn.
Add in House of Tsang Classic Stir-Fry Sauce, & cook together for another 5 min. or so.

Poor the veggies into a serving dish.

Last, drain the water from the noodles, & add the noodles into the Wok.
Add in House of Tsang Classic Stir-Fry Sauce, & cook together for about 5 min. or so.

Poor the noodles into a serving dish.  Enjoy!

  1. This was just a trial post to see if I had finished making the blog & to see what it would all look like :) The recipe isn't really one of our favorites... Mike likes it fine, but MJ doesn't, & the sauce has too many additives for me!
